David S. Alani is Managing Director for RECA. Mr. Alani oversees all real estate related services offered by RECA. Prior to his association with RECA, Mr. Alani was the Managing Director of Middle East Investment Relations for AMLI Residential Properties Trust. While at AMLI, Mr. Alani developed various relationships with institutional investors from the Middle East working towards the creation of real estate joint ventures for AMLI. Mr. Alani also participated in the creation of real estate joint ventures sponsored by AMLI with a variety of domestic and off-shore pension funds and insurance companies. Prior to his association with AMLI, Mr. Alani was the Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for KeyBank, developing relationships with high-net worth clients to assist with their investment, financial and estate planning needs. Prior to KeyBank, Mr. Alani, as a sole proprietor, provided real estate related services to a group of specialty physician investors, acquiring and developing multi-family, medical, retail, office and residential projects. Mr. Alani is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Indiana, and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Alani obtained his B.A. degree in Economics from Indiana University, with a focus in real estate finance, money & banking, and a minor in Arabic. Mr. Alani has guest lectured for the Center for Real Estate Studies, under the direction of Dr. Jeffrey D. Fisher, at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. |
